Our group has chosen to examine the online movie rental company Netflix using Systems Thinking. We want to analyze the overall approach taken by Netflix and look at it in it's entirety. In doing this, we broke the system down into the specific internal systems of the company and compared it to the larger DVD rental business.

Although a fairly new company, Netflix dominates the online movie market and even holds business model patents for it's unique internet-based approach to DVD rentals.
