It was my first ride in new bike shoes, and I discovered that they were *way* more ventilated than my old ones. Popsicle toes. @Monica: Some of my co-workers claim that showering isn't necessary if you can change and towel off a bit. I wouldn't know, since I'm spoiled with office showers.
